Terms and Conditions

Definitions

• 'Guest': a person staying at B&B De Ouwe Meule.

• 'Stay': the period during which a guest stays at B&B De Ouwe Meule.

• 'Room': the accommodation unit rented by the guest.

Reservations and Cancellations

• Reservations can be made online, by phone, or via email.

• No charges will apply for cancellations up to 1 day before the arrival date. For later cancellations or no-shows, 80% of the total costs may be charged.

Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in is possible from 13:00 onwards, and check-out must be done by 10:00. Late check-outs may be subject to additional charges.

Payment

• Payment for the stay must be fully settled at check-in/check-out, depending on the B&B's policy.

House Rules

• Smoking is not allowed in the buildings.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Parties or events are not allowed.

• Maximum occupancy must be observed.

• Any form of disturbance may result in removal without refund of the accommodation costs.

Liability

• B&B De Ouwe Meule is not liable for damage, loss, or theft of guests' property.

• Damage to B&B De Ouwe Meule's property caused by guests may be charged to the guest.

Complaints and Suggestions

• Complaints or suggestions can be reported at the reception or via info@deouwemeule.nl.

Right to Modify

• B&B De Ouwe Meule reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time.
